Welcome to theOhFace! theOhFace is a subscription-based service and social media network that allows content creators to upload videos and photos both free and behind a paywall. By accessing or using theOhFace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our service.

To use theOhFace, you must be at least 16 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms.

To access certain features of theOhFace, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your account information up-to-date.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

theOhFace allows users to upload, post, and share content, including videos and photos. You agree not to post any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Contains full nudity or sexually explicit material.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Content creators on theOhFace can monetize their content through subscriptions and one-off tips. By using these features, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable tax regulations.
• Provide accurate payment information.
• Understand that theOhFace may take a percentage of the earnings as a platform fee.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using theOhFace for any commercial purpose without our express consent.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the service or any servers or networks connected to the service.
• Using automated means to access the service without our permission.

All content on theOhFace, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of theOhFace or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on theOhFace without our prior written permission.

theOhFace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the service and delete any content obtained from theOhFace.

theOhFace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, theOhFace disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall theOhFace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Seattle, Washington, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

theOhFace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the service. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the service after the posting of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
